1. In order to make this house concert really special, you MUST guarantee at least 25 adults for the concert. 

2. Everyone needs to have a physical seat. (Blankets and couches work too!)

3. This event is free for the host but we will ask for a donation from the audience at the end of the performance. 

4. You need to have both an indoor and an outdoor space available for the show in case of bad weather.

5. This is a "listening room" so all phones should be turned off.
